Airport Expansion

Taniti International is currently undergoing an expansion project, which is expected to be completed in 2027.

The expansion of the airport will allow for larger 737 and 747 jets to land and depart from the premises.

The expansion project does not affect the airport’s ability to operate at its current capacity.

Cruises

The Spirit of Taniti cruise ship has a capacity of 200 passengers, and it arrives and departs from Yellow Leaf Bay every Wednesday.

This cruise starts in San Diego, California, and spends three days in the Pacific Ocean while en route to the bay.

All Sprirt of Taniti crew members are STCW certified, which is the gold standard in seafarer training.
