Buses

Public bus lines serve all of Taniti City, free to all visitors and residents, from 7 am to 10 pm every day.

Private bus lines provide access to areas outside Taniti City for a small fee, from 7 am to 10 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Taxis

Taniti Taxi Service is available 24/7 and provides transportation to any part of the island at very affordable rates.

Vehicle Rentals

Taniti Car Rentals is conveniently located next to Tahiti International Airport, providing a quick and easy way for those arriving by air to rent a car of their choice while staying on the island.

In addition to car rentals, bicycle and helmet rentals are available in both Taniti City and Merriton Landing. Please note that helmets are required by law when operating a bicycle or motorcycle on the island.
